Math Curriculum Construction

Service Description

This service is perfect for families opting for a home schooling solution, who want a curriculum that is catered towards the specific wants and needs of their child. Also, it’s suited for those families whose scholar is excelling academically in their current math classes and want their child to receive more instruction to get ahead of the academic curve. The consultation will be divided into two (2) 90-minute sessions. During the first session, we will discuss the desired math course, the learning style of your child and the end goal expectations of the course. It’s strongly encouraged that your scholar be present during the first consultation to access their current mathematical abilities and to discuss their expectations, wants and needs. Also, please bring all materials used during prior academic school years. During the second session, the following will be discussed: - Suggested topics to be covered - Order of suggested topics - A general outline of each lesson - Various strategies that have been integrated throughout the curriculum to address your scholars learning style Lesson plans are not provided with this service, only suggestions on how the curriculum should be implemented. --- CLIENTS MUST CANCEL AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE A SCHEDULED SESSION. IF NOT, CLIENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOKING RATE. A GRACE PERIOD OF TEN MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR TARDINESS. ANYTHING EXCEEDING THIS TIME PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED A “NO SHOW," IN WHICH THE CLIENT CLIENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOKING RATE.
